If you have taken up the option to have Visual Adverts on your system, this can be added at any time of your music rental contract, then you can have different adverts showing on your screen.

• Visual adverts are in a graphic form which can include moving text
• Adverts are on a separate rental contract to the music rental
• They are available in two blocks, with a maximum of 10 adverts per block
• There is no need to fill each block with the maximum amount of adverts for the adverts to show
• The second block can be added at any time, or with the first one from onset
• You can change the adverts once a month
• There is no minimum amount of adverts you have to change, you choose the amount each month
• To save any confusion over the content, all script and pictures required for the adverts are provided by yourselves, and preferably sent to us by e-mail, to save any handwriting issues
• If you require a preview of each advert then we can e-mail each one in the form of a PC viewable file
• Once a month you will receive an updated CD (much the same as the Digital Music Console’s CD) to load any new or changed adverts
• There is no extra cost, for additional adverts, if you do not have the full 10 in each block at the start. The rental is just for the cost of running the adverts
• If you choose not to change any adverts at all then the monthly rental still has to be paid by standing order, as the same adverts would be shown the next month

Brief Description - Using the Adverts on the System:

• The Adverts options are available via the “Options” menu
• All buttons on this page are a simple click “On” or “Off”
• If you have subscribed to have both Blocks 1 & 2 activated then you can tick both or either block enabled to show the required adverts
• Example above shows that both blocks are activated but only Block 1 is enabled and that adverts 3,7 & 9 will not show
• This is an example of a popular set-up where Block 1 has the venues own “Internal” adverts, promoting different deals, Block 2 has “External” adverts, where the venue has sold “Advertising Space” to its customers. Each customer has either handed over a business card (which we can scan) or submitted, for example, something from their own web site
• If a venue wishes to charge their customers for “Advertising Space”, that is entirely up to them, the venue will only pay the monthly rental. There is no “commission” on the money collected by yourselves
• The “Display Self Promotion Pages” button activates two free adverts, promoting and inviting people to enquire with the Manager/Landlord, how to advertise on the system. This can be turned off if you only have “Internal” adverts or do not wish to sell “Advertising Space”
• At the bottom are the buttons to press for “Time Between Adverts”. The time selected would be the lapsed time after the last time the mouse was used and every period of minutes after that. If, when the adverts are running, you click the mouse button, the screen would revert back to the Digital Music Console, so you still have priority and full control over setting or changing your music tastes
